Job Overview

BeED is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and business-savvy individual to join us as the Senior HR and Admin Executive. The ideal candidate must have strong people skills, excellent time management skills, and be very meticulous. He/she will act as the bridge between the management and the employees and will be assisting the management in the overall day-to-day running of the entire office premise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure the accuracy of monthly salary payments and that all statutory requirements are met.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, arranging for interviews, and interviewing candidates.
  • Ensure that the company's policies & procedures are adhered to and in compliance with the legal requirements & Employment Act.
  • To handle and advise management on issues related to staff disciplinary, counselling, grievances, and other employee relations matters to ensure it is in compliance with labour laws and legislations.
  • To prepare, review, and action on employment letters including LOA, appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end expatriate working visas process with the relevant Government authorities.
  • Implement, review, and update the HR & Operations policies, and the company SOP to ensure they are up to date.
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the approved budget.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and prepare documentation for new applications/ renewals of the company’s licenses/ permits.
  • Monitor the Company’s Insurance Policies renewal and liaise with the insurance Agent/company on claim matters.
  • Ensure adequate levels of office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and business forms.
  • Maintain a proper record & movement of the office fixed assets.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Law/Act and the Industrial Relations Act, and legislation is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-orientated.
  • Strong people & people management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
